Where to Buy Pallets

Local pallet recyclers

Best prices on used Grade A/B pallets. Most have walk-in depots and can deliver. Search PalletFinder for your area.

Pallet manufacturers

New pallets, custom sizes, bulk orders. MOQ typically 50–100 pallets. Lead time 1–3 weeks.

Online marketplaces

PalletFinder, Pallet Hubs, Gumtree, Trade Me. Good for small quantities and comparing prices across suppliers.

CHEP / LOSCAM (hire)

Hire pallets for regular users. Not purchased — billed per trip. Suited to FMCG, grocery, and high-volume warehousing.

Buyer Checklist

  • Determine your pallet type requirement (standard AU 1165×1165, export, Euro etc.)
  • Decide on new vs used — used can save 40–70% if quality is sufficient
  • Get quotes from at least 3 suppliers including local recyclers
  • Ask about Grade A/B/C for used pallets and inspect a sample before bulk ordering
  • Clarify delivery costs — pallets are bulky, freight often exceeds pallet cost for small orders
  • For ISPM 15 compliance (export), confirm HT-marked pallets from your supplier
  • Confirm pallet dimensions match your racking, forklifts and transport vehicles
  • Ask about minimum order quantities and lead times
  • Confirm payment terms — net 30 common with established suppliers
