Pallet Hubs is an online marketplace connecting pallet sellers and buyers across Australia. We facilitate listings, search, and enquiries but are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their products, maintain fair pricing practices, respond to buyer enquiries in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must submit genuine enquiries, honour confirmed orders, and communicate in good faith with sellers.

6. Fees and Payments

Buyer access is free. Seller subscription fees are as listed on our Pricing page. Payment terms and refund policies will be outlined at the time of launch.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pallet Hubs facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee the quality of products, the accuracy of listings, or the performance of either party in a transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
